Are my online payments secure?

Your privacy and the security of you information is very important to us.  All online payments are through Paypal, a secure e-commerce payment gateway.

 

Where can I view the products I am interested in.

We have our store in Crows Nest which carries many of the items that appear on the website.  There are also a number of products that are one off pieces which do not appear on the website, so it is worth a store visit.

 

Warranty

All items are as our suppliers warranty policy. All of our Australian made to order sofas, chairs ottomans etc carry a 10 year warranty.

 

Prices, payment and GST.

All prices that are displayed on our website are in AUD dollars and include GST.  We accept payment by Visa MasterCard and Paypal as well as direct debit and money order.

 

Can I pick up the item that I wish to purchase.

Yes you can pick up the item from our store. We will contact you via email when the goods are ready for pick up.

 

What if I change my mind on a purchase.

You may return the product you have purchased and we will give you a store credit.  Products will only be accepted if:

  • you return the goods within 7 days of receipt of purchase
  • the goods are in their original packaging and in perfect condition

The store credit does not include postage or delivery cost.

We apologise but we are unable to accept return of any furniture item.
